Poorly ran business who is supposed to offer care to the elderly and disabled. Yes the client is a cigarette smoker who only smokes outside. This was told and observed during the initial home visit. So you place a caretaker who after working 2 months decides they can’t handle the smell on the clothes. I get that however what I don’t get is why work 2 months then give us 2 days notice that she wants to quit our parent and for the reason that was always known up front. We are ok with her wanting a different client but to not have anyone else lined up is not and to give families only 2 days notice
