Sharpform IT charged us over $450 in labor fees to install one phone (this does not include the cost of the phone). I expected the install to take a reasonable amount of time, an hour at the most.
Instead, the technician took 3.25 hours. During this time, I had to relinquish my desk to the technician so they could work on my phone. They were not prepared with their own equipment, but had to use my computer to research how to do their job. Not only that, but the technician was on the phone with their supervisor almost the entire time getting instructed on how to do the phone install.
