Who doesn't like to receive flowers? We take pride in designing our fresh flower arrangements and plant compositions. Our designs are sure to brighten your day! Shortly after our daughter became engaged and the wedding date set, we had our first of many planning sessions with Wayne. From that very first meeting, Wayne "just got it". He made Sarah Beth's dream wedding a reality. She always felt that he knew just what she wanted. It was such a pleasure to work with Wayne and the Artistic staff in preparation for such a memorable event in our family's lives.

I called this place again today after not receiving a call back as told on two separate occasions yesterday. The guy that answered the phone told me that he didn’t call me back both times on yesterday because it was a “WASTE” of his time to do so since he could barely hear me on the phone anyway.
I’ve never used this place but it looks like they do really GREAT work! It’s unfortunate that I won’t get to have that experience since the CUSTOMER SERVICE was so poor and unacceptable today. Wishing you a better day tomorrow sir!

I have been using artistic for about 17 years..first time was a true work of art for my papa joes funneral it was beautiful an unique..all the rest of my orders have been out of state (colorado)
For my grandma 90yrs bday.
They always made sure the other florists they had to use did a good job ..1 time flowers were unacceptable , they got on the horn and my grandma was very delighted with the replacement..

We have used Artistic Flowers for years and have never been disappointed. Our most recent arrangement was in memory of our deceased daughter’s birthday. They were placed in our church, First Baptist Griffin. They were beautiful and Julie would have loved them. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful they were. Made a call to Artistic to order flowers for my daughter's graduation from college... I requested something bright and colorful and mentioned her favorite flowers were daisys. When I placed the order I scheduled to pick them up at 9am on the day of graduation. The time was crucial and I confirmed with them that they open at 9. So I arrived at 8:59 and waited until 9:10. Called at 9:20 to let them know I had been there. I was in tears because I wanted to give her the flowers at the ceremony... Unfortunately I still needed them because they were to be a centerpiece at her party that afternoon.

I honestly want to give Artistic Flowers a good review. But unfortunately, since I never even received a quote after driving almost two hours to meet with them, and waiting for close to 8 weeks for a quote to be emailed, I simply can't. I met with the owner on March 4th to discuss my wedding and get a quote. He told me he struggles with technology,… so I should wait at least two weeks for a response. I emailed him again on March 20th because I hadn't heard anything. Here was his response:

Wayne at Artistic Flowers did an amazing bridal bouquet for my wedding. The flowers were fresh, crisp, and beautifully arranged. The design consultation was fast and easy- they looked at a couple of pictures I had and suggested flower types and styles to fit my budget. They called a few days ahead of the wedding to re-confirm, and the bouquet was ready on-time the day of. Very professional, courteous service.
