I submitted for a quote for a new unit and I received an e-mail back right away scheduling an estimate. Damian came for the estimate and he spent a lot of time taking measurements and talking to me about the different types of units and how they work. This definitely helped me make a correct decision. I had 3 estimates and My Guy HVAC was the most fair. This made me realize that the other two companies were really padding their margin. The scheduling process was easy and the install was great. We also purchased a seasonal tune up package. They send out reminder cards when it is time to schedule

Absolutely fantastic service. Our A/C wasn't working during the hottest week of the summer and Daniel sent out his lovely technician, Nick, on the same day we contacted him to get us sorted. Nick was very friendly, very efficient, and took the time to explain the issue to me which I really appreciated. He was also very conscientious and wore a mask and special shoe coverings when entering our home, so we felt very comfortable having him. He fixed the issue very quickly and gave us tips for ongoing maintenance. Topnotch service, would highly recommend.

This company had great reviews so I reached out when we moved into a new home and needed our AC checked before it was needed. I also asked for a quote for a new furnace. The cost was ridiculously high for a 5 minute appointment ($150) where the guy said "yep, everything is good". Also the tech said we had no gas line attached to our furnace, which was not true, I never received my quote for the furnace after I was told I would get it within 24 hours, and never heard any follow up from anyone. I wanted to like these guys since I would rather use a local company versus a big business but

We had MyGuy replace our furnace, AC, water heater and humidifier. Part of the work included their having to vent these to the outside, which meant drilling through the house, as well as replacing some old sections of pipe.
Here's what went well with this project: Everything.
Seriously, even during mercury retrograde it all went perfectly.
Contacting the company: When we called for an estimate, an actual live human answered the phone. This warm and helpful person booked an explained their quote process and scheduled an appointment in their next available opening, which was the following week

Biggest waste of $100 ever! Paid them $100 for a diagnostic visit. The repairman spent a few minutes "tinkering" with the furnace and declared nothing wrong. Grinding and clicking sounds continued. I emailed a video of the furnace making those sounds and was told "oh that's a $700 repair". Another $700 on top of the $100 to diagnose nothing. Umm, what? Save your money. Scam artists

They were very prompt in sending someone out to give me a quote on a new furnace. Unlike many companies who just wanted photos and will give a quote over the phone/email, Damian came out, took a look at my system and explained how we maybe able to get away with a smaller unit but would need a larger intake. He also said to give him a few days to put together a quote based on our house size vs just replacing what we currently have.

Our heat kept dropping and wouldn't stay on. Today was ease especially cold - high of 13.
We described the issue and requested a quote via Yelp. We requested emergency service because it was quickly getting colder in the house. Dan called us within minutes. The quote was good. Nick was here within an hour. He is obviously knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Nick explained everything and just a nice guy.
Even better, the repair was fast and reasonable. Our furnace is old, 10+ years. Furthermore Nick informed us of an anomaly he noticed on the furnace that

First time using them. Came out to service the AC units AND fix a glitch with my Ecobee thermostat.
The two techs weren't sure they fixed the Ecobee. They thought maybe. A few days later, I had the opportunity to test it. It was a weird glitch because sometimes it would act up, and other times it wouldn't. In any case, I was able to determine that the Ecobee still wasn't working and therefore the techs hadn't solved the issue.
I called them up again and explained. The owner came out, no exaggeration, within an hour of me calling on a Friday afternoon. He must have been nearby

My Guy did a great job for me earlier this year, when I had a small A/C emergency and all the other companies were booked up. My Guy answered the phone professionally, knew how to handle my older model HVAC system, and was able to send out a technician straight away.
I met two service guys who were very prompt and knew how to deal with the repairs and servicing straight away. They were able to give me tips and advice for best handling the issue I was having with freezing. Most importantly, they got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. Thank you!
