After serving our great country for three years in the 82nd Airborne of the US Army, Chris relocated to Tennessee from Ohio in 1996. A veteran soldier and veteran landscaper, Chris has 20+ years of experience focusing on high-end residential homes and developments along with commercial projects as well.
Chris strives to create a reputation of impeccable and inviting spaces to be enjoyed for years to come. Chris and his wife April, who serves H2L as the Operations Manager, have one son and reside in College Grove. Growing up in a construction family in New Jersey, Peter has landscaping and new construction in his blood.

H2L Outdoor Solutions came to life in 2011. H2L's mission is to create beautiful and inspiring outdoor spaces for homes, commercial projects and community developments in Middle Tennessee. Partners Chris Herrington and Peter Chodniewicz worked together on new construction projects for years and in 2017, they became partners.
Our designs depend on these awesome, diligent, and friendly folks to be installed how they should be! I've worked closely with H2L on The Grove project since 2012. Their team is always on time, on budget and professional - which is exceptional in the industry. H2L will continue to be my landscape installer of choice for all landscape, lighting and irrigation needs throughout this development.
