With this program, we service your property every week with our lawn mowing service during the growing season.
The rest of our services are available a la carte for an additional charge. This program offers a mix of weekly and bi-weekly lawn service for your property. We start and end the mowing season with bi-weekly service but in between those months we will provide weekly lawn service. This is our most economical lawn service program, we service your property bi-weekly with our mowing services during the growing season.

Services
The Total Maintenance Program is for the customer that wants everything taken care of when it's supposed to be. This is a 12 month bill averaging program, we charge the same amount all year round. We come by weekly during the growing season and twice per month in the winter. Shrubs over 6 foot are not included in the hedge trimming.
All properties are mowed on a set schedule on a certain day in a certain order. Weather permitting you can count on us to be at your house on your service day. We will mow, edge, line trim, and blow off your front yard, back yard, & side yards using 21 inch commercial lawn mowers. We will try our best to keep yard clippings out of your pool and leave your house perfectly clean and neat looking.

This company was bought after I paid for my contract for FULL LAWN MAINTENANCE. To say the least I am a COMPLETELY dissatisfied customer. The last two times they came out they didn't do my backyard. They said it was locked but it wasn't They pulled out my ground cover and plants when they were supposed to be weeding which they never completed. The topper was they ran over my wires for my Christmas lights but said they didn't do it. I was out of town and returned to them not working and instead of repairing they just quit coming. Having read previous reviews I did not have a problem with the owner. However after 3 months of service I had to cancel them. His crew that handled my yard could simply not mow the boundary of my yard and often did not weed eat correctly. On the last round left strips of unmowed grass. If you have a basic yard they should be able to accomplish your task.

David and his guys have been doing a wonderful job for us over the years. If I needed something a little extra taken care of, his guys were right on it with a smile and a "yes sir". Great a shrub work and weeding. They work quickly, but not sloppy. One thing I really like is that they do their best to keep grass and clippings out of the pool by bagging the back yard. I would recommend them to anyone. Not sure what the complaints are about with credit cards. When we used to use them, if they expired David would send me a quick note and BOOM...done. Like the other reviewers said, the owner (David Key) is not customer friendly. I have been a customer for several years in the Carrollton area. HIs crew does reasonably good work for the low cost of service. However, when I requested that a problem to be addressed (first time in 2 years), David Key quickly suggested that I cancel my service rather than try to work with me. I was shocked, but evidently this is the way he does business. I would recommend to not use his service unless you are ok with this type of business practice.

The whole interaction process with this company has been a hassle and the owner is rude. This guy sent a nasty email threatening to place a lien on our property, saying we did not pay (he has our card on file and charges the 1st of every month). My husband sent him the photo from our bank showing that his company took the money out. We didn't even get so much as an apology. They also charge $25 minimal for doing any bush trimming etc...which is ridiculous for the amount of time it takes to trim bushes. Find someone else, don't waste your time or money with this one.
