I received a photo of the final product before delivery and then a confirmation that it was delivered. We had a great experience with Nita Fay Flowers! The plant we ordered looked nice and we appreciated the pictures showing us the plant we purchased and confirming its delivery. I put in a last minute on-line order for Mother's Day, and was graciously assisted with the order arriving promptly.

I ordered flowers for a funeral for the following day. I ordered them early afternoon. Website said there would be no problem getting them there in time. I get an email from the owner late that night saying she only does local events and she thought the website was shut down. So now I was without a florist to send a memorial late at night. Didn't have any problem charging my credit card. And now I have to wait 5-9 days for a refund. I just looked up the website and she is STILL showing in business.....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hopefully the next person that orders reads this before they place the

I ordered a memorial bouquet for a relative from this florist and, at the time ordered, gave a list of the types and number of each type of flower we wanted in the bouquet. The florist indicated she was getting a delivery of flowers before the day of the memorial, so she should be able to get the flowers requested. I asked for an estimate and was given the estimate. Price was not ever specified by me, but rather, I just wanted the specific type and number of flowers. I agreed to the price quoted. I also specified the type of vase we wanted, and time the arrangement needed to be delivered.
