My experience at fdl BJJ is amazing. As a prior service combat veteran BJJ saved my life before. During struggles I always turn to it, Coach Ben is an amazing instructor, his communication skills are phenomenal, and the location is decent. The mats and gym are always immaculately clean. Instruction is always on point.
My two sons were also in his class. He personally took both children and gave them the confidence they never really had. One is 6 and the other is 4. Both are doing amazing in school now and without any troubles.
