A Good Life Massage, LLC is NOT a spa. We are located at Suite D in a building on route 23 North in Pompton Plains, NJ. We have many amenities that you will find at a spa, and we feel that this location has enabled us to perfect our brand. We focus on the issues that the clients are having and specialize in alleviating muscle tension.

It is the perfect balance of pure relaxation and pain relief. When you receive a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, your body absorbs a veritable ocean of healing energy and nutrients, resonating with this salt from the ancient primal sea.
You can also send them filled out to our office via Fax or email. The process can be a little complicated, however, we are here to assist you in every way. When calling to find out if we accept your insurance, please have the name of your insurance provider and your policy number ready. We need to verify coverage.
You have rights! Section 2706 of the Affordable Care Act, specifically the Non-Discrimination in Healthcare Act is the LAW. The insurance companies will NOT change unless we come together and demand change. Although the Health Insurance companies deny it, self-insured aka ERISA plans are required to comply with section 2706 as well.
Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. The results and benefits of trigger point massage are releasing constricted areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain. Myofascial release treats skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

My massage experience was terrible. IDK if Veronica is just starting out but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. She massaged my back using her forearm. She asked if she should apply more pressure which lasted all of 6 seconds. She inquired about my lower back pain but never even addressed that area. Basically all I got was a rub down. I left there disappointed and feeling no better than when I walked in there. A complete waste of $44.25 and 90 minuets of my life. I could've had a V8

I had Amanda Rodriguez she did a terrible job. It seem like she just got out of school. She literally used her elbow and forearm the entire time she missed so many spots by using that method. She asked if I had any areas that needed attention and I told her my legs and my feet and she literally spent 2mins on each. Every time I told her to apply pressure she didn’t do it. Her touch was so soft and did nothing. She’s shouldn’t be working on clients she needs way more practice.

Priscilla gave me the best massage, making it both deep-tissue and relaxing. She focused on the knotted areas of my upper back and neck, just liked I asked. I left feeling super relaxed and also like she had broken up the knots. She used lemongrass oil and the room was warm and so relaxing. It felt so heavenly that I made a second appointment on spot. This place is great! The waiting room is tiny, but it somehow fits the atmosphere. It's very relaxing there and everyone is extremely nice. My husband bought me a Groupon not realizing this was in the same building where I work. They accept my insurance, so now I get free massages!! My first massage was okay (I had just had a back procedure, so I was still in a bit of pain), but the second one was amazing! Their Saturdays fill up very far in advance.
