Using infrared cameras, our Inspectors will perform a cursory thermal evaluation of the interior of the home. Often this technology allows us to detect problems that are not visible, including leaks or moisture intrusion, hot spots in electrical panels, insect or pest infestations and other thermal inconsistencies which may indicate missing or inadequate insulation.

Marco was phenomenal. He was thorough in his inspection indoors and out. He explained what he was doing and why plus shared the operations of different mechanicals so if there was a problem down the road, the buyer would know what it’s from and so forth. Marco was patient and great at listening to buyer questions and really just a terrific inspector. I’d recommend Marco Peterie again in a heartbeat, plus others from Warren Inspections.

Great experience. Our inspector arrived early and had already completed the exterior and roof inspection by the time we arrived. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The report they provided included photos of everything they reported on with the inspector's comments next to each photo.
