At Valley Home Care, we've assembled a team of special people to care for the people that are special in your lives. We're here to serve you, to answer your questions, offer advice and provide the best possible standard of assistance for seniors living at home. Sometimes the difference between a loved one being cared for at home instead of someplace else is the competency of the Caregiver. At Valley Home Care, we're passionate about continual Caregiver training. Twice a month our Caregivers receive advanced instruction from real world health care practitioners on how to provide a higher level of assistance for seniors living at home.
At Valley Home Care, we provide a broad range of specialized home care services. We offer deep expertise and experience in assisting families dealing with memory loss issues, hospice care and other conditions that require more intensive one-on-one assistance. Memory care is a vague, general term that can mean many things and set off a lot of alarms in families when symptoms occur in a loved one.
Call or email us. We'll schedule a home visit at your convenience with day, evening and weekend appointments available. When we meet, our Client Care Coordinator will perform a personalized needs assessment and answer all of your questions. We can start your customized home care plan as soon as the next day with weekly check-ins to keep you informed on how well your loved one is adapting.

Unfortunately my only experience with this group is through there employee Mr R. Montoya who came through my place of business (during 8-5) to spuw his garbage about city politics that I care nothing about. Please keep a handle on your employees like him from discrediting your company. If thats who you trust to care for seniors and others in need then NO THANK YOU. Terrible staff representation of Valley Home Care, Mr Wheelock, Mrs Uriarte.
