My husband and I hired Pam to help us transform our old garage into a carriage house that my in-laws could use when they are in town. It was not an easy assignment: design something in keeping with our 100 year-old Morningside house that would somehow make four different people in two generations with completely different taste happy.
Pam not only came up with the perfect design, but she did so with complete calm, flexibility, and reassurance in the face of my novice panic. Established in 1989 as Bullock Associates Architects, PSB Studio ARCHITECTURE is an Atlanta-based architectural firm specializing in residential and small commercial design in the Southeastern United States. Pam Bullock is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialization in Building Design & Construction (LEED AP BD&C) and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Schematic Phase: Client needs and preferences are identified and a program developed. Code and context for the project is reviewed and several concepts developed by the studio for client review and preliminary pricing by several contractors. Design Development Phase: Client evaluation from the initial phase is used to refine and develop conceptual drawings for client review and updated pricing by several contractors.
Pam Bullock is a registered Architect in Georgia and Florida. With a Masters of Architecture from Georgia Tech (and a year in Paris at the Ecole des Beaux Arts), she spent her first ten years of practice with large Atlanta commercial architecture firms, specializing in office and medical facility design.
