Jen is a Personal Fitness Trainer and co-owner of LifeStyle Fitness Camp. She is a runner and loves racing distances from 5k to marathon. Through running she has discovered the joy that comes from setting specific fitness goals and then taking the steps to accomplish them. Jen is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and specializes in teaching boot-camp style workout classes.
Upon arrival at our St. George, Utah weight loss camp for adults, our trained medical professionals will conduct the following tests. Why do we do these tests? Simple. These tests will be used to determine your caloric intake to maximize fat loss, and muscle building. We offer many different options to get a great workout.
People come from all over the world to explore the breathtaking views of southern Utah, and it's right here in our backyard! Jen and Chad Bullen are top-notch professionals. Their program is designed to assist in making lifestyle changes, not just for near-term results but for lifetime results. They are compassionate, caring and truly professional. I cannot say enough positive things about this program. I looked at numerous fitness programs and I'm so glad I chose this one. Utah is beautiful, the hikes are a combination of scenic wonder and physical challenge. The fitness center is excellent and the accommodations are great. Hands down an excellent overall fitness and lifestyle program.

Rather than relying on “special” diets, the program allows you to eat anything you want as long as you do not exceed your daily calorie goals. This was the kind of experience I was looking for! Chad and Jen are great people. They are attentive to each individual’s needs, always available and knowledgeable. We had great outdoor hikes with Chad and super workouts with Jen in the gym. Our house had wonderful personalities with lots of encouragement and teamwork in our cooking. Using and getting used to The MyFitnessPal app helps transition to being at home, so I am glad I was not “fed”, but had to work on how to plan and make meals. I cried leaving these wonderful people, and I hope to go back again. Great program to reboot,and get

I stayed for a week. I'm down 5 pounds by my scale, with lower % fat and same lean body weight. Very happy about that, and I've scheduled another visit ! The other people there were all staying longer, 4 weeks seems to be popular. I saw that they've had visitors from all but 3 states, and quit a few foreign countries. The gym they use is huge and well equipped. With only 5 guests while I was there, Jen and the gym trainers were able to adopt gym work so each guest got a good workout with good supervision to avoid overdoing it. This isn't the case for Lifestyle Fitness Camp in St. George, Utah. Husband and wife team Chad and Jen, run this small group fitness camp with the use of a state of the art gym facility and testing facilities. No matter what your physical capability, Jen and Chad are there to show you how to exercise properly to maximize your results without injury. Having several medical issues made me hesitant to be part of their program as I feared further injuring myself

I just returned from a four week stint at the lifestye fitness camp and have to say I am very very pleased at the results. Jen and Chad are very accommodating in helping you meet your goals. The “live-in” approach was one I found helpful for a number of reasons. 1) because you are the master of your destiny in terms of what you eat - having to make your own meals was incredibly helpful in modifying my approach to eating; 2) living with others who were undergoing the same process made for an understanding and supportive environment; 3) having the gym just a 5 minute walk took away any exuse

I found LifestyleFitness researching online. Chad and Jen were wonderful. The house and gym was first class. The price is affordable but you felt like you were getting much more for your money. Chad takes you hiking on amazing trails and you take classes at the gym. I brought my road bike with me they have amazing trails. I lost 35lbs in 4 weeks and had a wonderful ME vacay!! Go, you'll love it.

Best experience ever getting healthy and fit with Chad and Jen Bullen at Lifestyle Fitness Camp! The customized support and training and attention to nutrition were key for me. St. George and the surrounding sites are beautiful wanna-be-outdoors kind of country, and the camp takes advantage of an Olympic quality gym with ALL the equipment and pool as well as the scenic areas for walking, hiking!
