Tom, the owner and founder of Hayes Tree Care, has had a passion for tree work since he was young. His business unofficially began years ago when Tom would take on jobs for family and friends. As Tom started to expand his client base the establishment of Hayes Tree Care naturally became the next step in his business.

We take pride in our work and have top of the line specialized equipment. This allows us to access trees that most others cannot and we do it without damaging your lawn. This is the second time we've used Tom's services this spring. In this case we had him remove a huge pine which was dropping sap everywhere.
Each project begins with a free estimate. Tom will meet with you and review your needs on site, anywhere in the Central Massachusetts and Metro West areas. This allows Tom to get to know you and your vision to work with you to suggest the best services for your needs within your budget. Once Tom has assessed your project he will provide a written quote outlining your needs and a breakdown of cost.

Tom came to check out a tree in our yard that is dying and needs to be removed. He was knowledgeable and his quote was reasonable.
The reason for two stars: after that, he never returned my voicemail messages, my emails or my texts. Even when I mentioned 'just let me know, either way' he did not respond. To me this is extremely unprofessional and basically bad business.

One day after storm knocked down trees everywhere in the area, could not get any other companies to respond to remove trees blocking access to my driveway. Hayes tree service answered and was able to swing by to take a look,said he could do it on the spot. Will definitely call again if need arises.

Great Experience! Had two large trees taken down. One was near the pool and garden and house. Great work. Tom was on time, efficient and he cleaned up afterwards!!! What more could you ask. I would use him again and recommend him to all.

I contacted Tom about removing three large (60 to 75 foot) white pines on my property that stood between my fence and my neighbor's fence. Tom and crew showed up early on the day of, did an amazing job (there was literally no debris in the yard afterward), and were quick/efficient. The work was superior, the responsiveness was great, and the price couldn't be beat. Tom even came back later that afternoon to trim a maple tree inside my fence and included that work in the quoted price. I will not hesitate to recommend Tom to those in need or to use him again in the future.

This is the second time we've used Tom's services this spring. In this case we had him remove a huge pine which was dropping sap everywhere. The removal was complicated by power and internet lines which ran close to and under the tree.
Tom expertly removed the tree and the lines never even wiggled. As always, cleanup was exceptional and was his great customer interaction and service.

I contacted Tom Hayes to level out my property and put in a new lawn. I had many stumps/roots rocks and even an old fence that he and his workers removed. I had large holes to fill in and grading to be done. He made recommendations to keep the costs in line and make my lawn look even better than I have imagined. My lawn is twice as large 1.5 acres and is now the best lawn in the neighborhood. Prices are good, workers are on time and respectful. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
