Ziebart Construction did a good job on my project including a full kitchen remodel, new & level flooring, and popcorn ceiling removal.
Even with the difficulties of doing this during the pandemic, the process was fast, organized, and everything looks amazing.
Rick and Matt were both helpful and very good at responding in a timely manner.

Matt and his spouse, Jacqui, are great communicators and super creative. We would not have achieved the full potential of our remodel without their great ideas. Every sub-contracter offered great quality under Matt’s supervision. We remodeled a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom. We couldn’t be happier and will use them again.

My carpet install was originally scheduled for Monday Sept. 14, but was cancelled due to the smoke. I was very stressed and anxious over this decision, as my condo would remain in disarray for longer than anticipated. Matt was great, he remained calm and supportive, saying that we’d work thru it. Fortunately, and I assume thanks to his effort, we were able to reschedule for only 10 calendar days later; thank you Matt for this reassuring approach around the hectic days thanks to our wildfires.

We moved into a new house and wanted to find someone who could help us navigate all of the projects we wanted to get done to make the house feel like ours.
Matt was great in helping guide us through some of those decisions and ended up replacing our countertops, some internal structural upgrades, upgraded lighting fixtures, as well as work on a design for finishing our 900 sq ft basement.

The project is handle by Matt and David. David is the person who complete most of the task including demolish and dry wall repair. We appreciate that he always looks into detail and have keep quality as high priority. For sure there was some argument between the billing and the schedule, but overall we complete a nice looking farmhouse style kitchen with light color wooden flooring. it is a good experience.
