A huge shout out to Crystal (hope I spelled your name right) ! Last week I called after learning my 6 year old nephew broke his arm and I was in need of some Battle Creek apparel (he’s obsessed with Battle Creek) to brighten his day after surgery. Crystal not only went above and beyond helping me get some Battle Creek shirts/hoodies printed out for him it was in record time! I called today because the sweatshirt I ordered for my daughter,online, had our last name printed on it but they put the name up under the hood so you cannot see the name. The person I spoke to said,when ordering online you have to specify WHERE to put the last name. NOWHERE on the online form does it say to do that. AND WHY WOULD ANYONE EVEN THINK THEY WOULD HAVE TO SPECIFY THIS? Common sense to me would be, you should of asked ME about where to put the last name if I “didn’t specify” on the order form. The person I spoke to stated, that is how they make every online hooded sweatshirt

My son signed up for team baseball. They spelled his name wrong on his uniform. I called them the next day and asked if I could buy a corrected uniform. They said they would "make it right". That was on May 18. I have contacted them twice since them. The first follow up call I was told they'd mail it out by the end of the week. The second follow up via text on 6/24, I was told "on road call office". I've never received corrected shirt. I never asked them to replace it for free. I offered to pay, still nothing. My son's last game is tonight. He's still bummed his name is wrong (he's 8). Very poor
