Found out my A/C unit needed replacement indoor unit and condenser. Antonio, Erik and Antonio did a fantastic job getting the new units installed the same day!! Thanks Guys! I had my a/c running on and off and making weird noise for the last couple days. I called the company and luckily have knowledgeable and courteous technician ( Jimmy Mathurin) who took time and went to the root cause of the problem and also explain me each step of it. I am very happy to find the right person.

Service technician Jimmy came out to do a 6 month check up with Sales consultant Gary.
They were great. Jimmy found a problem and went the extra mile. He showed me the issue and explained everything then he replaced the parts. Runs great, Great job Jimmy.

Our service technician, Jeff A., demonstrated his caring expertise as he did the annual servicing of our air conditioning. Eco Air always sends us someone that does a good job but Jeff went above and beyond to provide us service to keep our 2018 air conditioner is perfect shape. It is still showing a 20 degree cooling ability. To keep the unit mold… free he installed a new ultra violet light. I appreciated extra steps above and beyond as Jeff extended our drainage pipe further away from our house as well as cleaning everything that he could. I know our air conditioner won't last forever

Darien and Antonio arrived on time and ready to work. This was not an easy job as my AC unit was above my master bedroom closet. Well, they worked hard all day and installed everything perfectly. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was as if they were installing this into their own homes. I was grateful they did the job, they were perfect! I got a great unit and signed up for the advantage plan. Great product for those of us who want to make a lower monthly payment. Corey did an excellent job explaining all of the benefits of the advantage plan. 5 Stars! Thank you, Phil and sons

Update 4/9/2021 I spoke with Chris at SE on this matter. She was very polite & professional on resolving this & meeting our concerns. Thank you again Service Experts!
Had service tech come to check system, system is fine but the thermostat seemed to be the problem. I was presented with a choice to wait 3-4 days to get new thermostat (same… product) & let old thermostat run continuously or manually turn off. Or one they just happen to have with them. Took 1 hour to discover problem & 2 hours to install. I was told the service contract agreement doesn’t cover the cost

I’ve always had great experiences with Service Experts including when I had to have a whole new system put in a few years ago & they did it on a Sunday. I keep up the maintenance contract & the techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. Ronnie has been the tech the last few times. He always makes great recommendations for updates and… improvements. He is also very personable. He misspoke when he was explaining something to me & So I was kidding around that he didn’t know his left from his right. He laughed when I kidded even more about what a great review that would
