We are a bit different than other furniture stores because we do not offer "Sale" pricing. We do not mark our prices up so that we can mark them back down; we give you the best price possible every day! When you buy solid wooden furniture, probably the first thing you will notice is that it is very heavy compared to other furniture pieces.
At Swiss Valley Furniture, a prized part of our legacy is our ability to design and build custom handcrafted furniture products. While we now offer a wide selection pre-designed products, we have also continued to serve our customers by providing custom work.
After all, every piece of handcrafted furniture we produce is made completely from scratch, so custom work comes naturally to us! There are many things that will collect on the surface of wood finishes. Such as cooking oils and fumes, fingerprints, and dust. Generally a soft damp cloth followed by a dry cloth will be all you need to clean the finish. If a cleaner is required, we recommend Guardsman products. Every effort should be made to keep your furniture out of direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators, hot air outlets or wood stoves.
At Swiss Valley Furniture, a prized part of our legacy is our ability to design and build custom handcrafted furniture products. Custom design & building is our specialty! Bring us your pictures, drawings and ideas, and we will work with you to create your own unique piece. Any piece you see at our store can easily be changed to accommodate your needs as well.
We offer complete in home delivery and set-up, based on mileage from our store to your house. The delivery is paid directly to our delivery company, Hershberger Transport (Conrad has worked for us for 12 years and now delivers our furniture!). Payment for the remaining balance due to SVF in the form of a check, cash or credit card can be given to them as well.

If you are looking for new furniture you need to look at Swiss Family Furniture. The furniture is all hand crafted an beautiful. I am in the market for a dining room table and they had a huge selection. Even if you are not in the market for new furniture it is a great place to stop in and take a look and don't be surprised if you see some furniture you really want to take home. I thought the prices were reasonable.
