I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They came through for me after being turned down by 2 taxi companies to unlock my car. They arrived fast, and unlocked my car within like 2 minutes! HUGE thank you to Donta, who was very professional and kind. Prices are also fair. Call them if you are ever in a jam like I was!

I accidentally locked myself and my daughter out of our house and didn't have another key available to get back in. So I called 4 Got Keys after a couple of other locksmiths I tried were unavailable. They sent Tim out. He said he could get to us in about a half hour and he was right on time. He got right to work and after a little while was able to get us back in. I am so thankful that he was immediately available and was able to get the job done. Thanks Tim and 4 Got Keys!!

When your only key fob goes for a swim in the ocean, and you have a push button start… call these guys!! He took a late night call, had my exact key fob in stock, came out programmed it and had me on my merry way in 10 minutes. Super nice, and professional, explained each step of the process and tried his best to help me feel better about loosing my key fob in the ocean. 10/10 recommend!!

Called 4 Got Keys in the morning and I was able to get an appointment the same day!!
Alex was punctual, professional, and had the new key for my vehicle in 15 MINUTES!! I hope I don't have to use 4 Got Keys again. I put the phone number in my contacts just in case. Highly recommend for any lock or key issue you might experience.

Called them for an emergency situation after other locksmiths were closed. Instead of taking a message, they kept telling me to call back in 20 minutes. I eventually got a reservation for the next morning. When the tech was 20 minutes late, I called to find out where he was. At 40 minutes late, he called me back to say I didn't have an appointment and nothing was available until the following day. He was also rude and abrasive. I called one of his competitors at A-1, who was there within the hour.

NOT HAPPY. I wasted my money. I blame myself, and I blame Alex.
When I called 4Got Keys and explained that my electronic keypad's door handle was jammed up and unable to lock, Alex said he knew just what was wrong. He sounded very confident.
But he spent an hour-and-a-half messing with it, trying to figure it out.
These electronic keyless entry doorknobs are only $96, and I should have just purchased a new one. Alex had quoted me $60 an hour, and he didn't say anything about extra costs, so I thought it would be best to just have it fixed. Alex should have advised me that electronics
