Purchased a new gas hot water heater from a different plumbing company in Fernandina a year ago. Called them and was told they can not do service calls on a gas H2O heater. Stumbled across Bert Norman's and they got the repairs done. Very Pleased with Bert's.

I reached out to them to Install an instant hot water heater....they quickly assessed what we needed and just made it happen! Will be using them again once I'm ready for Water softener and anything else that comes up! Great working with them on phone and the guys they sent out.

My experience with this business was amazing!!
They sent me a very nice, experienced plumber who exceeded my expectations by far!
He explained everything to me an told me exactly what options I had an what costs to expect.
I needed one item done very urgently, and was hoping to schedule for the other issues in the house later on.
In the end, I got not only my washer hooked up with a brand new pipe, but also a new toilet installed, a new water heater installed, a new outdoor faucet and a cutoff switch installed which they threw in for free on the same day!!!
