Kilgore's will deliver your prescriptions within the city limits, for FREE. We also have convenient drive-through's at each location so you can pick up your prescriptions on the way home without having to come inside or wait a long time.

I prefer to buy local if possible and came in looking for a lumbar support pillow. Having never used one before I was reluctant on buying one. I asked about the return policy. I was told (rather rudely) If I bought it, and did not like it, it could not be returned unless it was UNopened and in its original packaging. How was I supposed to see if the pillow would help unless I got it out of the packaging? Needless to say, I did not buy it and will be looking elsewhere.

I had came in after my surgery on tuesday, and ordered some support hose. They promised me they would come in before friday and they would give me a call. They didnt come in til the next tuesday and they didnt call me, i had to avtually show up and get them to check for me. Really disappointed in the service over the phone and in the store. Won't be shopping at Kilgore anytime soon.

Avoid at all costs. Kilgore's demanded payment out-of-pocket for an item that I had documentation from insurance stating was to be $0 (by provider agreement with Kilgore's). Paid full price. They said they'd talk to insurance and send a check. I should have never tendered the money but instead just walked right out with the item! Eleven months later, insurance can't do anything because the amount was to be $0 by provider discount, and Kilgore's is holding my money. Avoid these crooks for anything.
