The Thibodaux Regional Fitness Center not only has a great fitness facility, but offers a wide variety of services that are designed for all fitness levels. Our personal training staff, class instructors, and member services staff are dedicated to providing you with the best fitness experience possible.
The health and well-being of our members are our number one priorities. In order to better serve you, we have implemented a real-time center occupancy tracker, so that you know how full the facility is prior to your visit. Very disappointing! My husband and I are senior citizens, and we were so looking forward to having a nice place to get in some real exercising! However, it didn't take but a couple of months to learn that the center really caters to young people. All of their staff "appear" to be under 25, and are not interested in helping older people. I went to the desk and asked one young lady to help me with a machine...her reply was "you just sit on it and row, like in a boat!" I explained that I tried but could not get it to work and she reluctantly walked over with me. She saw that it had been "adjusted

The facility itself is very nice, spacious and staff is generally helpful and friendly. Wide variety of machines and classes, however, the rooms are HOT. So hot people leave in middle of class to cool off and I nearly passed out once in a low- energy class. Certain classes are always overcrowded to the point that you cannot even see the instructor, I got stuck against a back wall behind a pole even though I showed up 30 min prior to class and had some rude lady shoving my equipment around so she could have more space, while she had 2 empty set ups next for friends that showed up halfway through

Very clean and beautiful place... I love it there.... I recommend anyone in the Thibodaux area that's looking for a gym.... Get a membership there!!! They also have a daycare. The Staff's are super friendly and welcoming..... You will not be disappointed... They even give you a tour of the place for free. I rate excellent overall..

Love the aquatic classes. Muscles relax in the water, I can do workouts in the water that are too painful on the floor with the special equipment. The water adds resistance for the workout. Make new friends became reacquainted with former friends I have lost track of. The instructors really put us through great exercises.
