Ryan came out to Reglaze our shower pan. He did not show up for the first appointment and did not call until several hours later. Rescheduled for the next day in which he showed up an hour and a half late! The work was not completed to satisfaction and he agreed that the finish did not come out as it should have and that he would come out to fix it. Since then there have been three more appointments made and he has failed to show up to all three. He is very unreliable, unprofessional and did not do a good job.

I was a builder for 20 years and am a realtor now - I deal with a lot of contractors. Ryan was very responsive, professional and courteous. His work was excellent and he took great care to protect my home from the smell and overspray of the glazing process. And the finished product was fantastic. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who has an old cast iron bathtub and would like to have it repaired or just want an updated color. I had a great experience. Thanks Ryan.

Ryan was able to get my job scheduled in just a few days after my first phone call. The day of the job my shower glazing was done in just a few hours and looks great. Price was 3/4 the rate of competitors pricing. Ryan was very nice and professional. Overall it was a very good experience.
