If you need a home inspection completed, I strongly suggest you contact Dale, he is highly knowledgeable, does incredibly in depth work, not only will you receive a thorough inspection and recommendations but he also included information above and beyond what he needed to. Dale is a friendly and knowledgeable person who is happy to go over the report with you if needed and was always available to answer questions. By far the best home inspection we have ever had completed.

We were beyond satisfied with our experience with Appalachian Home Inspections. Dale was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He was courteous, punctual, honest, professional, and fair. He gave us valuable information about our home and about ways to make necessary repairs easier and more affordable.
