Please don’t send your children here. My 4 month old baby got pinched most likely because he was left pantless even though he has extra clothes in his cubby. They never told me about the pinch and he probably was left to cry because they didn’t know it happened. They sat shows on an iPad in front of him. The owner denied it, even through I had proof and was told by his caregiver that she did it.

The only reason they get a five from me would be due to Connie who worked there!! She’s excellent and trustworthy!! She was in morning staff but when I changed to nighttime shift!! omg it was awful...a staff member grabbed my son’s hair when he was 9 months old because he pulled hers in a playful way...she said he pulls my hair, idfc I’ll pull his back!! Also, dirty and found my son climbing a bookshelf only wearing a diaper once!! He got hands foot mouth disease there!! My son was NEVER SENT HOME with his stuff!! They shared my sons things with every other kid which if they needed extra

Went on an impromptu tour of the facility after moving to Altoona and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy's kids. The facility was dirty, teachers were not attentive to the kids and the classes I went into the kids were either running wild or stuck in front of a TV. Apparently PA daycares use the "turtle" method to calm kids down; I can understand the concept of it but one of the care providers just stuck her face up close to one girl who was yelling and throwing a fit and she continuously yelled "turtle" at her. Not to mention, when I asked local moms about the place, they had nothing good

We dropped in for a surprise checkout just to see what the facility was like. When we arrive we could hear a child screaming. The women showing us around, who said she was the supervisor, took us back to the babies room, which is where the screaming was coming from. There was an infant (they looked about 6 months old) screaming so hard that she was red in the face. The women that was supposed to be watching the infants was holding a different child and walking away from the screaming child.
Intially the supervisor completely ignored the situation but she shortly turned to the women watching the

Decide to give this place a chance seeing as there cheaper than other places. My daughter did not get a drink all day first of all. I told them she drank from a sippy cup and her juice had to be mixed with water or her butt breaks out in a rash. When I got there they tried to tell me that my 27 month was drinking from a cup and that they try to get them to drink from a cup.I understand that but why did the other 2 year old in the class have her sippy cup? Plus when I got home she chugged 2 full sippy cups and of coarse has a rash from drink juice without water mixed in. I also wasn't sure how safe

My daughter did not adjust well to daycare and at the time that we started with TTS we were dealing with acid reflux and a gag reflux issue - she would cry so hard when I dropped her off that I started carrying a bucket with me because she would get so worked up that she would make herself sick - every morning. The staff knew she was having a hard time adjusting and that she was not sick, just making herself upset. They were so patient and understanding and ensured she adjusted. I could and would call numerous times of the day to check on her and even popped in a few times in the beginning. They
