A few days ago the necklace carrying my son's ashes snapped. It was the longest I had gone without wearing Isaiahs pendant. I went into parsons jewelry and the lady was so sweet and patient and understanding, she went through the different chains they have in the store with me and explained the strength of each chain and advised me on which chain… would suit my needs. She handled my cremation pendant so carefully and soft like it was a frail piece of glass. That meant more than you know. We then went through the miniature charms and even though they didn't have what I was looking for on

Amazing service and quality from this friendly family run jewelry store!
