Dr. Deborah York has been providing outstanding dental care since 2000. She received her dental education from the Ohio State University and completed a 1-year residency in IV sedation. Prior to attending Dental, Dr. York worked full time as a Dental Hygienist and has been with Community Dental since 1994.
In order to provide nothing but the best to our patients, our office uses state-of-the-art technologies in all our procedures. These new technologies allow us to detect dental concerns at early stages, treat your dental issues with precision, and provide stunning and customized restorations. Our premium dental software system maximizes your time and our office efficiency.
Providing the absolute best service to our patients is of the highest importance to our office. To aid in achieving this goal, we use a new high-tech device called the DIAGNOdent. This small tool is a portable laser that allows us to detect cavities on the chewing surface of the back teeth that would have otherwise gone undetected by previous methods.
We use digital imaging software in our office, which allows us to take a digital picture of you and use our imaging system to predict how a particular treatment or cosmetic procedure would change the appearance of your teeth. This software is beneficial for patients who are considering cosmetic procedures but are not sure if they're ready for dramatic changes.

After weeks of trying to get into a new dentist I found these friends. It’s the cleanest most caring office I’ve ever been too. Jean is my hero and a lifesaver she is so gentle and kind and makes you feel comfortable despite being at the dentist. She’s the BEST. I’ll never go anywhere else. Paula in the front office is charming and nice and mighty helpful. Thank you all for taking such great care of me. This is too notch service and care.

My honest review, I don't think they are bad people but I don't think this a place you should go to have your tooth extractions or braces. They schedule me 4 extractions in 1 day. Of course as a regular citizen I didn't it was gonna be extremely painful. Why didn't they scheduled me 1 extraction per day or at least 2 per day?. I was in pain deep pain. For months I wasn't able to taste any food sad! Now I still can not feel half of my tongue and part of my floor of my mouth by the molar they extracted. The account lady was extremely rude to me . I ask them for my braces to get removed because I

I've been going to Community Dental for about 30 years. I was sad to see Dr. Elam retire and even sadder at his passing. I am a chicken with teeth and need a gentle but firm hand, along with the sweet air to reduce the stress. Today I spent several hours under the care of the wonderful staff at Community Dental. Dr. York took very good care of all my needs. I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything you did to ensure my comfort, safety and health. I used to be the person hiding behind the couch when it came to visiting the dentist. I had too many horrible experiences, both as a child and as an adult. The folks at Community Dental made me as comfortable as possible and if I needed any MORE work (treatment) beyond the normal cleaning, I insisted on the "laughing gas." It takes the edge of my anxiety and let's face it: sharp objects digging through sensitive areas hurt! Wonderful folks!
