All of our Alzheimer's and dementia Professionals take part in our training program. VA provides supportive medical services to help chronically ill or disabled eligible Veterans of any age remain in their home. These services are referred to as Home Health Care or Home & Community Care and are considered extended care services prescribed by and under the direction of a VA physician.
Absolutely Divine's Nurses works with all referral sources, including insurance companies, HMO's, Hospital Discharge Planners, Physicians, and family members.
