Jason executed the repair of my HVAC system failure with superb logic. Being a well-trained and astute technician, he began by inspecting the numerous wire connections accessible in the air handler compartment, and immediately discovered a problem with a pin & socket connector. Although this was obviously the failure point, Jason took the time to jump onto the roof (Jason’s humor) to complete a thorough inspection of the condenser unit of the split-system. The first-class services I received were much appreciated, and a reasonable service charge was the extent of my expenditure.

AC unit went down last night. We have a home warranty and made a service request. The assigned vendor called and said the earliest he could get here was next week. Hey, it's only the desert in July right? Called LJ Refrigeration and they dispatched Jason that same afternoon -- very knowledgable, professional, friendly. Repaired my unit at what I considered a very fair price. Can't thank them enough. Excellent service. They are outstanding!

We called LJ Refrigeration because our air conditioner went out in the middle of an heat wave. The receptionist was so nice and assured me someone would be out that same day in the afternoon. The owner and technician came and saved the day! They had the part I needed for my ac in their truck. They explained to me what happened and serviced both my units. They were so fast and had my ac unit running immediately. My family and I are so thankful for helping us out in a time of need.

I contacted LJ Refrigeration through their website and requested a service call. The company had fantastic turnaround and service. They had an opening on the same day during a heat wave in Phoenix. I was very happy they accommodated me during this busy season.

A/C went out yesterday and got their number from the realtor who sold the home. Called at 5am and got the answering service. Spoke with them and they said that they would have someone call around 8am when the office opened. Received a call at 8:06 and let them know the issue and that the house temperature had gone up to 94°. They said they were booked for the day but they'd try to get someone out around noon if possible. Received a call from Jason at 11:40 that he would be at the house in 10 minutes. Found the problem right away, explained and showed what the issue was and got the A/C back

We have used LJ for many years on two different houses. I have the greatest confidence in them and in their recommendations. A/C systems don't always choose the best times to fail, but LJ is always there when I need them. Once when we had a coil go bad, LJ recommended to me that instead of using them we use our homeowners warranty, saving us over $2,000. That is an example of how honest they are.

This company amazed us twice already with perfect customer service. We got a mailer for a March special to inspect the units. Jason the technician showed me everything I needed to know about the units and was very fair and I completely trusted his recommendations. Today about a month later one of the units suddenly stopped cooling. We called and they explained they were very busy but would try to squeeze us in. Jason again came and quickly assessed that the battery exploded and replaced and repaired. Didn't even charge which was unnecessary and kind. Can't say enough about this

Very appreciative of Paul and his young associate! Last night, our a/c wasn't getting power. Of course, we're experiencing an excessive heat warning and the house heated up quickly. Kelly returned an emergency night time call promptly, added us to the next day's trips and told us that we would get a call if the technicians could make it out before the scheduled afternoon window. HVAC service is as good as some other providers in the Valley. They do have some kinks to work out with their billing system. No capability to take payment at the time of service and homeowner has to track emailed invoices which is a pain. Paying upfront is most efficient for us so inconvenient not to have that option. Other than that they are OK.

These guys are great! I have a split unit in my downstairs that was freezing up. Service calls to other companies resulted in them wanting it sell me a new 5 ton unit. Paul Coen noticed that model was accessible for cleaning out restrictions, and an hour later I had a perfectly working unit at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I'm never calling anyone else for my HVAC issues-these guys are the most honest and competent people I've run across.
