I went in for some simple advice on converting a propane table to natural gas, they were incredibly helpful walked me through exactly what needed to be done, gave the recommendations based on some pictures. I could not have done it without them and all I was there to do was to buy some fire glass and a hose, customer service is awesome.

I had a horrible experience here when trying to buy a grill/smoker for my husband for Christmas. The salesman acted like I was bothering him simply by being there, changed the prices on the models I was looking that several times while I was there, and when I asked him to tell me the differences between a few models he basically told me it didn't matter and my husband would be fine.
It was pretty clear that I was being dismissed because I was a woman. Too bad I have a culinary degree, because the was far too easy to tell that everything coming out of this guy's mouth was BS. He was literally

We we picked BBQ concepts to install our barbecue in our backyard. We delt with Taylor and we couldn't be more pleased. We had a lot of changes with the date it could be installed because of other contractors in the backyard and they gladly helped with our issues. Crew came out to a couple of days at a wonderful job. We are very pleased.

I went into store and asked for an estimate for a built in grill. Said they would call. Never did. Went back in 2 weeks later. Said they would call never did. Was referred to owner who came to my home on 2/4/20. Said he would get me an estimate. As of today..3/24 . nothing. Poorly run business. I would not recommend them for anything. Very disappointing.
Considering opening a business to compete with them. Not be difficult.

BBQ Concepts is an excellent BBQ company! We had several estimates, however when Emon came out to do our BBQ estimate we just knew he was definitely the one we were going to end up choosing! He really knows important information about all of the BBQs that they sell! We had a short deadline to get our BBQ installed. We were very greatful Emon and Omid were able to meet that deadline! Excellent quality, as well as terrific customer service!

I am looking to build a fireplace in my back yard and called for estimate. I had appointment with Omid which he cancelled last minute... then showed up late the next day. We reviewed my space and my ideas and he told me I would have a design within 7-10 business days. I never received anything so I called and texted him with no reply. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time.

This is a terrific place for all of your BBQ needs. The staff is amazing and very well educated on their products and can help you design an amazing outdoor BBQ station (kitchen). They use only the best products at reasonable prices. The owner, Omid Mahban is very personable and defines great "customer service"!!! Wonderful store for your BBQ needs.
I have a Traeger and they have every accessory that Traeger has plus all the different wood chips.
Probably the best thing about BBQ Concepts are the people who work in the store, they are all very knowledgeable and helpful.
If you never stopped off there it is worth going into this Independent store.
