Carol is so amazing at her job! Even though the pandemic she was accommodating and made sure we felt like everything would go amazing with our flowers for our wedding. It went better than amazing!

This might not be the norm but I ordered flowers online and the most beautiful arraignment was delivered an hour later. It was a great experience. So speedy and such great quality. Thank you!

Got these on September 2nd for birthday and I noticed the orange flower looked wilted and some of the greenery was turning yellow already. These pictures were taken on the 5th. I’m just not impressed with the quality of this bouquet. Sent them a message on Facebook they opened with no reply.

Best florist in hays. Carol can always make that special something even if you aren't quite sure whst you're after. Quality flowers smell better and last longer than the chain store varieties! Ask for Francis when you call or go in. They love that.

They did an amazing job with a very short notice. The flowers I ordered look exactly like the ones i requested in the picture. I'm so happy I chose Flowers by Frances, they did an exceptional job. I live 2 hours away from Hays and I wish they were closer so I could use them more often.

After I first moved to Hays I wanted to get an arrangement for my girlfriend. I had no idea where to go, I just knew I wanted to do better than a plain and drab arrangement from a grocery store. I happen to spot Flower's by Frances while driving up Vine st. They have excellent customer service (gentleman, they'll get you the perfect setup even if you're like me and know more about flywheels than flowers). I've since been there exclusively for flowers and they impress me every time. 100% worth spending a little more than what you'd pay at walmart for something that fails to make an impression.
