There are different conditions that factor into Medicare eligibility. Here are a few circumstances in which an individual can be eligible for Medicare Part A (hospital insurance), Part B (medical insurance), Part C (private insurance), and/or Part D (prescription drug insurance).
You have turned age 65, are a citizen or permanent resident of the United States for more than five years, and you or your spouse has worked in a Medicare covered employment for ten years or more.Typically, U.S. citizens and certain permanent residents 65 years of age and older are eligible for Medicare if you or your spouse has worked more than 40 quarters in a Medicare covered employment.

If you are currently on a Medicare Advantage Plan you may be eligible to change from your current plan to a new Medicare Advantage plan during this enrollment period. Glen has been great to work with as I begin my adventure into Medicare. Different plan options were explained to my wife and I and then compared to our existing policies for savings and benefit options. Glen took the time to explain everything, checked to make sure our physicians are in network(for an HMO plan) compared pharmacies for the best options including mail order and covered the gap with drug coverage. I am much more relaxed now with the change to Medicare thanks to Glen with Golden Insurance!! Thanks for all of your advice. I look forward to signing in September. Tom

So far t feel very happy with my insurance but the biggest thing that makes me stay with Golden Insurance is my agent Glen Ogden. When I wasn't satisfied with the plan I signed up for, he helped me change it. When I had questions he found the answers. When my husband was terribly he helped me find resources and knowledgeable people to help me. All the time he was caring, kind and responsive. I don't think there could t a better insurance agent. Shane Henderson came to my home to help me find a better Medicare Supplement Program. After we visited for a while to get acquainted, he found a plan that was perfect for me and saved me a lot of money. Do your self a favor and start here for Medicare questions. You won't need to go anywhere else. I cannot begin to tell anyone how great a resource this agency is. Medicare can be so confusing. Glen Ogden was the agent who assisted us. He very patiently answered questions even though we might have asked them before. He taught us so much in a simple and easy to understand manner.
