Every time I come here I wait 30 minutes to be seen and I have an appointment every time! This salon does NOT respect their customers time. This has happened to me multiple times which is NOT ok. The last visit the nail tech who I think is the manager made me wait 28 minutes past my appointment time and then rushed through my gel set in under 30 minutes! My nails looked terrible and I’ve only had them since Friday and they look like this and she charged me 38$ for this train wreck! The best nail lounge in the DMV. The manager was very nice and made sure I had great service even though I came a few minutes before they closed. The nail tech Sang was very helpful she made sure that I was happy with my nails and gave me great service. Highly recommend they are very nice and welcoming.

This has become my go-to nail salon here in Fairfax, VA. Everyone here is so talented, very detailed, precise, and just overall very lovely. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I wish that I would have posted a review for the other times that I’ve gone here, but I wanted to share my perfect French acrylic set that I had done today. I usually get bright colors, but I wanted to try something new today. I would definitely get a French acrylic set again. I just want to say thank you so much!!! I came here for a pedicure, french sns dip powder nails, and an eyebrow wax. The ladies did an amazing job on everything. The salon is really clean and sanitized. Tina did my nails and I am in love with them. She paid so much attention to detail and shaped and designed the nails perfectly. She also did my eyebrows and she did amazing on my brows as well.

What a bunch of fake reviews! Worst experience ever! I have the ugliest, uneven nail ever! I made gel manicure appt with this place weeks ago, but she rushed me so much when there were walk in costumers coming in! If you can take anyone anytime what's the point of making an appointment in advance! I paid full price 45$ for the ugliest gel nail and gave her tip 10$, cause I respect others time eventho they do the ugliest job with most unprofessional attitude! I've been going to Nails Lounge since it opened and it's the only nail salon I go to. Every employee that works there does exceptional work! Natalie is the owner and she truly knows how to care for all her employees and every client that comes through her doors! Best place in Fairfax for a mani/pedi. Ask for Natalie or Vicky. They both strive for customer satisfaction, are professional and take their time. Make sure you ask for the spa pedicure! There are different scent exfoliators to choose from and the hot stone message is extremely soothing. Natalie always does a great job and pays attention to detail and truly listens to what you want. If you're not satisfied she will make sure you leave happy and relaxed. Wouldn't change her for the world!

A few years back I went to the same establishment and had THE WORST experience and never came back. It wasn't until a friend suggested this place and stated they changed ownership. I decided to give this place another chance. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and friendly it was. They have a great COVID precaution plan and I felt safe during my service. From temperature checks to sanitation stations to plexiglass barriers. There is a wide variety of services offered and a plethora of colors to choose from.

Just had my first experience here and I am DEFINITELY coming back! It was not only super clean and nice but everyone was so kind. I couldn't be happier with how my nails turned out!!!! Definitely one of the best mani/pedis I've ever had and I've had many! Jenny did an incredible job on my nails and Mandy at the front desk was super responsive to me making an Appt and answering my questions. I'm super impressed and can't wait to go back!

As my go-to manicurist was out of town on vacation and I was in desperate need for a mani and pedi. I used the handy Yelp Appointment Request feature for a same day appointment (more like, within the next few hours!) and received a response within 10 minutes.
