Price was $65 an hour, clearly stated the final bill at the end of 5 hours of labor 3 valves at $25 each, valve box and lid at $55 wire nuts $20.
But they decided to send the bill and charge me for the extra guy in training after the work was done for another $200 completely UNSAT and I called the manager who stated it was my decision to charge you for the guy in training. I stated their is no way I agreed to pay each person $65 an hour. BEWARE

UPDATE*** I spoke to Megan and explained what was wrong with our lawn. They came on their regular day and did edge the curb, but still did not edge the walk up to the house. My husband came home and was able to pull back several inches of overgrowth on each side. Had they even tried to use an edger, they would have hit concrete. The edge of the concrete would also have been visible to us and it would have looked great. Also, the paver portion should have been a clue. All the pavers are the same size as the middle ones. But, because of the overgrowth, the outside appear smaller. I don't know

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Would never use them again. Showed up 1 time the entire time from March to August. Finally cancelled must have not wanted our business. When my husband called to cancel the secretary didn't care about our disappointment in their service. If you want good service DO NOT use Procare!!!
