If you live in Centerville, Nunnelly, Bon Aqua, Lyles or anywhere around Hickman County you don't have to drive far for physical therapy! We're located right off Highway 100. Your physician may refer you for physical therapy that is to be provided in the physician's office, or to a facility in which the physician has a financial interest.
If this is your situation, be aware that you have the right to choose your own physical therapist and that you are not obligated to receive physical therapy in any specific facility. Always insist that your physical therapy be provided by a licensed physical therapist. Even though I live in McEwen (over an hour away) it's worth the drive to come here to have PT.

This is the best PT facility. It is a clean and comfortable place. Rachel, Jenna and Steve are so nice and they make it fun to go to Physical Therapy! They have helped with my range of motion after my shoulder surgery so much. I appreciate what they do and how much they have helped me. Thank you Steve, Rachel and Jenna!

I've been coming to physical therapy here for a few months now following knee surgery. This is the most pleasant PT experience I've ever had. They are genuinely concerned with my healing and very compassionate. I've been to a lot of PT/OT and was reluctant to begin again. This has by far been the best physical therapy experience I've ever had. I don't feel like just another patient to get in and out quick, and I never wait more than a second. My treatment is almost complete, however I will be back next injury. If you have been recommended physical therapy treatment not only are they right down

Steve and his staff really care about your struggles with PT after such a major surgery such as knee replacement. I am one of his patients that is having a lot of pain bending my knee back and he is so patient and encouraging to me which keeps me pushing for total healing. Thank you Steve and staff.
