Worst realty company ever. It's like they hold your offer until something better comes along and won't even give your offer to the owner, how is this legal! Then ask if we want to be a back up offer when there are no other offers on the table. I would really look elsewhere for your really needs.

Twice we put in offers, once was the exact asking price and these people would not even put them through! It's like they don't want to sell a house. Horrible experience!

Absolutely terrible. How do I give ZERO stars? For THREE weeks we lived with our sewer backed up and they refused to take care of the problem no matter how much we complained. Our landlord is selling our home and they wanted us to jump through hoops to have people come in and see the home. On top of that our sewer began to back up again before people were to come in and see our house. They had someone come to fix it within 20 minutes. They have no consideration for other people at all. Our shower won't turn off and when we called they said they may or may not have someone come. Don't rely on these
