My car broke down a few days ago and I had to call this company on one of their busiest days (because of snow) to tow my car. The representative who showed up was kind and had a 'everything is gonna be fine' attitude. I would recommend this company to anyone who runs into trouble and needs a tow!!

I was charged $4.00 for a toll from the drop off on Caton Avenue in zone 21227 back to their shop in Towson. What a CROCK. The guy I spoke to told me the driver had to go through the tunnel to get back to Towson.
No reasonable person would back track and go through the tunnel to get to Towson from Caton Avenue.

My boss had used Elliott's once before to tow his car from our office building garage, and they were great, so when he got a flat tire at the airport last week (with no spare), I called them again. Jim was very helpful on the phone and dispatched a driver who met me within an hour at the hourly garage exit (they can't tow a car out of the garage without the owner present, and he was in MN). All I had to do was sign a paper, hand over the key, and it was done, and the driver was terrific.
