Since moving into our home in Monument we have employed six local companies to fix plumbing and electrical and install garage doors, fences, turf and other smaller items. Of all these installations, the best company to work with was Tri-Lakes Garage doors. The owner, Jim Hartley, and his crew were truly outstanding, the job was done ahead of schedule, and the result was superb. When a problem occurred which turned out to be due to issues with the house, not the new garage doors, they came out and fixed it the next day. This was a great experience, and the price was highly competitive.

We had a need for a glass garage door in a very unique situation and Jim and his team hit a home run. Jim came out in the fall of 2019 and we discussed our vision and he gave me a quote within a few days. My need for the door wasn’t until the following summer and he said he would honor the quote. Nobody in business today would honor a quote after 30 days. During the downtime, we visited a couple of jobs Tri-lakes had done similar to what we’re looking for and also visited Jim’s shop to get a final look. We agreed, ordered the door and with some adjustments on both sides of our calendars,
