Our family trade started 75 years ago with my grandfather. He entered the Army at age 19 and wanted to learn a skilled trade. Fortunately, my grandfather landed in the security field, something he knew little of, and was intrigued of the whys and hows of the locksmith security trade. He had a long road to follow, and in time, after many hours of studying and training about locks and security, he rose up in the ranks of the Army to sergeant major.

Go here! You can tell the owner enjoys his work, people like this don't exist in abundance. I'm on the road and had to get a new key made for my tool boxes. Jerry and David stayed well after closing and managed to fab up a new key from scratch. Life savers! No delay for me to get back to work! I even left with a new lock cylinder for hobby picking. These guys know their stuff.

Had two appointments scheduled with you. Twenty minutes after the appointed time, I had to call to find out where the locksmith was, on BOTH occasions. I scheduled my time to be here at the appointed time, but you didn't have the professionalism to show up on time or common courtesy to call me when you knew you were going to be late.
