Critical: Professionalism
I got my phone fixed by them and it had a little blue tab left in the side s month later it started to glitch out screen would turn black and when I took it too them they said they couldn’t fix it or even take a look inside for me

Absolutely WOULD recommend this place to anyone!! I cracked my S20 phone screen a few days ago, found this as the closest repair place and am very happy happy it. Told me it would take about 1 week to get the screen in, only took 1 day. Told me to wait about 2 hours for the repair itself, took less than 1 hour. Very polite secretary and excellent service overall!

I called this morning asking about adding a ram to speed up my laptop. The gal on the phone walked me through giving her the type of processor that was in my computer and let me know that at that point adding ram to my computer wouldn’t speed it up the way I need it to be. I appreciate the honesty and not just talking to somebody that’s trying to sell your product. In the next few weeks I’ll be in the market for a computer and these people have refurbished computers for sale and I will be looking them up

I took my PC to Pixels after a competitor, (Poor Man's Computer) had it for over a month. Matt was able to diagnose in one afternoon what his competitor couldn't do in 34 days! DIAG charge was reasonable and fair. Matt and his staff were very professional. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

Great place to go for your computer needs. Fast friendly service. Very intelligent about the products they sell. Purchased two computers and antivirus from them. I would recommend them to anybody.

Amazing service at Pixels PC. Everyone one at Pixels is very friendly and helpful. They cleaned my computer for me very fast and the cost was very reasonable!! I recommend Pixels PC to everyone who needs their computers repaired!!!

The man that owns this company is absolutely pathetic. He's questionable at best and his rates are absolutely unreasonable. We had an agreement in place with him to complete a dispatch request on 12/22/2015. He refused to answer calls or even bother returning them, and when I finally got a response it was from a female employee, not even himself. She kept putting me on hold to go ask him questions that he could answer himself. That is if he had the balls to do it himself. I absolutely encourage everyone to boycott and avoid going to this store.
