Up until a few years ago, I couldn't rave about this place enough. My last few trips have been not up to my standards though. My husband hurt himself and was unable to do my oil change and rotate my tires so I went to T.E. For over 20 years I have loved the service that Paul and his guys give. Not so much anymore. The tech broke MY lock nut key that he used from MY glovebox and then I was charged for a replacement. I was upset but willing to overlook and go back. Fast forward to needing tires this year on my Jeep. I never got a call when they came in like promised. The tech who moved slow as molasses
