Established in 1998 as Abracadabra Cleaning. The owner Tim built the business from the ground up by securing route work, sub-contracting on new construction and residential homes. Today, our primary focus has transitioned to providing outstanding window cleaning, power washing and screen repair services for our growing roster of satisfied customers.

Kosco Window Cleaning uses Unger professional window cleaning products, including; washers squeegees, detergent etc. These products are industry leaders, are environmentally safe for your home, landscaping, children and pets. Storm windows are cleaned on a Window-mate easel with a gutter to catch water.
Also frequently referred to as pressure washing, it is the process of cleaning surfaces with high pressure water. Power washing will remove dirt, grime, dust and mold from your home and surrounding surfaces. Typically, water alone is sufficient to eliminate dirt properly and safely, leaving you with the desired results without chemicals.
Screens are often forgotten. They are typically made of fiberglass mesh, which if not cared for can puncture or tear. In addition, through normal wear and tear they become more fragile and may loosen from the frame. When the frames are still in good condition, you can manage the expense by having the mesh replaced, called re-screening.

Tim and two helpers cleaned my two-story cape cod's windows and sliding door to a glean within 3 hours. It was not an easy task, as my windows were caked with salt, (we are 3 houses from the ocean). They donned booties over their shoes when entering the house, moved furniture away from the windows, then neatly restored anything they moved, working consistently, respectively and quietly. His service is very reasonably priced and thorough.Tracts, sills and screens were expertly cleaned. I was happy to tip Tim and pay more than what he quoted. I've made a note to call Tim next spring for a repeat
