Couldn't ask for a better real estate agent in the Smith Mountain Lake area. My journey to find my lake house started on Labor Day weekend with a random call to David. I was in Virginia visiting family and I wanted to look at some houses that I saw on LakeHomes.com. David was very professional and patient. He was always available and responded to emails and texts right away. As I was moving from Maryland, I was unable to come down and see listings. He and Beth walked me virtually through listings room by room, answering questions as we toured the homes. Their attentiveness made the process less stressful than I expected it would be.
