They started out great. The technician came out twice and put his stuff down and scheduled the next week follow up and we waited.. and waited. Two weeks went by so I gave them a call. The tech came out the next day. He did his thing and told me he would be back the next week. So again my family and I waited and waited. At that point I'd finally had enough. So I called and explained the problem and that I no longer wanted service to with them and that I wanted a partial (1/2) refund because the problem was halfway addressed.
So here I am again, waiting on them.
