A few weeks ago I had an appointment with Stanley Steamers, unfortunately, they increased our quote by $160 upon arrival. After we rejected the new price, they left. We were left with no carpets cleaned and all our furniture consolidated into one room. This is when our luck changed. I called iSteam Carpet Care of Chattanooga and Mark picked up. Explained to him our situation, and he had his team out to our place later that same day. If you need anything done these are your guys. They did a great job for half the price. A month later and my carpets still look great.

From start to finish following our disaster this was a five star experience! Call this man and use this company when you need help with water overflow damage!!!! We had a toilet run for several hours overnight that saturated our entire basement, carpet, drywall, it was a horrible mess and seemed to be a huge job! Within an hour of calling we had the water being evacuated, fans and Dehumidifiers set up, and a good honest conversation about our options. There was no pressure, just professional opinions about what our choices were and how to fix the situation with a smile. I would recommend them for

Save yourself some time and research and just call this company. Mark answered my questions, came out for a quote (super reasonable) and scheduled my cleaning the very next day. He and Matt made my carpet and shower tile look brand new! My puppies have done a number on my cream colored carpet but you would never know it now! I highly recommend them!

Helpful and friendly. These guys are invested in being good at what they do and it shows in the work and attitudes. Had some pretty tragic pet stains that I was just hoping to improve by at least 40-50%. What they were able to accomplish was closer to 70-80% better that what they were. Not quite magic, but darn close!
