I couldn’t ask for a better online shopping experience. I contacted Kelley’s at the busiest time of the year Black Friday and didn’t expect to hear back right away . They not only had the item I was looking… for, they answered my questions which there were a few lol. I would have understood if my order wasn’t shipped right away especially at Christmas but this order was shipped the very next day l. Again at this time of year you would understand a delay . Wish they were located closer to OKC but being in Weatherford probably allows it to keep the charm of the smaller town. I will definitely travel the 50 minute drive to re-visit Kelley Jewelers. I was so impressed with the friendly atmosphere and knowledge they had regarding their products.

It’s been six years since I have been able to wear my wedding rings and it’s our 15 year wedding anniversary so it was time for some updates to my rings. We were looking to upgrade my solitaire and called Kelley Jewelers to see what options they had. Genevieve was so nice and helpful on the phone and made an appointment for us on Saturday. The store is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Gen showed us the diamonds that matched our specifications. We were able to purchase and have the larger diamond set in my original ring same day. They also cleaned my wedding band and tightened those stones. Above and beyond customer service, this will be my go to jeweler from now on.

I cant say enough good things about this company! One week ago, I was searching frantically for a Mackenzie Childs courtly check stockpot and the pot was sold out or back ordered everywhere. Somehow I found the Kelley website, found the pot in stock but knew as soon as I put it in my cart, it would say, oh sorry, we're out! There was a little chat… icon in the screen corner and out of desperation, I left a message and pretty much instantly a wonderful lady named Rhonda answered me!!
