Taralyn has numerous years of experience in the Assisted Living and Independent Living fields to include sales, activities, marketing and management. She has two grown step children and one son who is a junior in high school. Taralyn and her husband, Steve, live in Strasburg. She enjoys quilting, reading and word finds for fun and is very active in her community and church.

When I first got the job I was excited to start. However my first month there it was me and maybe two other aides working both floors and sometimes just myself. There were several aides and medtechs that walked out during my shift and the management never took it upon themselves to jump on the floor and help. I picked up several shifts and went out of the way for the management all the time and never got any appreciation or recognition. I had two uncles pass away in the same month and I was never given a bereavement and was told I couldn’t leave to attend a funeral even after my full shift due
