Kaitlyn is top notch and saying she does a fantastic job taking care of clients is an understatement. We experienced two car accidents within three weeks with one vehicle being repaired and the other being a total loss. Through both accidents, Kaitlyn has been there every step of the way. She makes it easy to ask questions, gets back to you very quickly, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done, and contacted the other insurance company on our behalf when they were dragging their feet on the car repair. I can't say thank you enough or how much I appreciate Mary Lee Jones and Kaitlyn Nichols. Kaitlyn has helped my son with his insurance and my son talked me into giving State Farm a try. I am so glad I did. The last place we had insurance with the people were hateful answering the phone, never return phone calls or emails, in person very unfriendly, and a bother to them when you walked through the door. When you walk into Kaitlyn's office she always has a smile on her face, happy, and eager to help in anyway she can. Kaitlyn is the best! Moved out of town, but didn’t even think about switching insurance agents because she makes the process so easy anytime I need to change/update something on my policy.
