Rates have fallen and there is a rush on the mortgage industry. I am saying this because I know that timelines have slipped and I have taken that into consideration. I was referred to Mike by another lender to refinance my property. I am self-employed so my tax returns and income can be daunting. It started off great with a couple of good conversations with Mike and putting a game plan together. That is the last positive experience I had. My main complaint is that I was left in the dark throughout the process. I was always the one initiating contact and asking how things are going and if there
