Don service center is always professional. I took a car in for a young lady because she needed it repaired to make it a safe driving vehicle. I asked them to inspect the vehicle and give me a list of what was wrong and their opinion on. We've certainly grown from our modest beginnings here at Don's Service Center.

At that time, Don Sr. had received a Master's Degree in Vocational Education from Indiana State University and was presently the lead instructor at our local IVY Tech College Automotive Program (a position he held for 15 years!).

I've been taking all of my vehicles to Don's for years and have never been disappointed. While I occasionally have to wait several days when making an appointment, I realize this is not the center's fault as they are clearly recognized as one of the very best in this area and thus very popular. I made an appointment. I dropped my car off at the time. My paperwork was on the desk as they were expecting me. They took my vehicle and called with the diagnosis and the cost for the parts and labor. They called when it was complete and I picked up my car. No run around, no long waits, not unreasonably expensive. The individuals that helped us were professional and courteous. I will return if I ever need to. Thanks to Don’s!

Solid 5 Stars. I was referred to Don's by my brother. I just wanted someone who was honest and wouldn't insist on fixing things that didn't need to be fixed. But at the same time can be trusted to do the repairs well. DON's Service Center was all that and more. Just remember this is a great place to fix your problems - everyone seems to know this, too - so appts can be a precious acquisition. But worth it. Thanks for the great service!

I can't express my gratitude to the team at Don's Service Center enough! To summarize my car broke down on I70. The towing company recommended Don's. They were more than accommodating in getting the car repaired and back on the road within a couple hours. They were fair on the pricing and were understanding and compassionate! I can't write enough thanks however I can strongly recommend Don's Service Center 100%!

The reviewers were right! Friendly customer service goes a long way! Just needed brakes checked. Turns out they were fine but they didn't try to sell me some just make money. Will definitely go back if I have to get any vehicle serviced. Very timely service as well. Wait time wasn't very long. Thanks Don and team.

Very direct for problem discovery. Kept me informed on progress of repair. Really reasonable on price of repair. Maybe 5-6 hours for completion was able to pick up same day. I would use them for repairs again even driving about 60 miles to get there. Very happy with the service.
